Our company buys as many green skins as possible to allow us to salt the skins ourselves. Processing skins internally allows us to inspect skins prior to salting and to ensure the correct procedures are followed to allow the skins to be “cared” adequately.

We have 6 agitators and have the capacity to salt up to 5000 skins per day. We do offer a service to salt for abattoirs or skin companies at a competitive price with a guaranteed excellent salted product. We can also provide feedback on the “take off ” of skins to the client to help with quality control.

We have a core team of classes with several years experience in the industry. We have strict guidelines that are implemented on our classing floor which ensures the highest quality and consistency of our skins. We currently commission class for one of the largest abattoirs in Victoria to the specifications. We have the capacity to increase our client base for any company looking to outsource the classing and can guarantee a very competitive rate and high service afterward.

For shipping purposes, all skins are packed 20 pallets to a 20ft container. We can offer a diverse range of options for your shipment needs. Our experienced staff can organize everything from delivery to your door step or you can organize your own shipping. Our close relationship with shipping agents allows us access to cheaper shipping rates to international destinations.
